This page provides dated operational updates, corrections and clarifications. It may be updated before the supporting documents can be revised, so please check it before beginning, resuming or submitting a survey response.

Downloaded documents are fixed copies and do not update automatically. If a notice on this page is newer than your saved document, please read them together. Revised resources will display an updated version or publication date.

Each notice will explain what is affected, what has changed, whether any action is required and where to find the latest information. The supporting documents remain the principal source of detailed guidance.
